How can we forgive!?

Afbeeldingsresultaat voor gebroken hart met pleister foto

Introduction
Today 's theme is Forgiving
How often do we forgive? How often do we say excuse me, I'm sorry, please forgive me. And how often do we forgive others for what they did to us? Probably too little.

Conscience

Does it happen that thoughts keep you awake about something that you have done to another, which you actually regret? A feeling of guilt that just won’t go away, and occasionally reappears?
Fair chance that it would like to be healed.
When people are being hurt, we have feelings like sadness, pain, fear, anger, but we ARE not those feelings; and we have a brain, but we are not our positive and negative thoughts.
As humans, we also have the opportunity to participate as observers to view from a distance what is in us: For example, our roles we play in life in control and incapacity, or see our victim- and perpetrator roles. None of us can escape this. We are all in it, and we all enjoy or suffer from it. These are our lessons in life.

Have you ever thought to forgive someone who has done you wrong?
Of whom are you thinking?
How would he or she have been led to treat you like that?

If a person cannot forgive and therefore cannot 'let go' the negative experience, the law of cause and effect is maintained, action - reaction: you do something, I do something back, sometimes you're the victim, the other time the offender. Because that resentment is still there.
If you do not wish to play this 'game' any longer, you might think of forgiving, so that you finally can process this incident and can let go of your heart ache.

What do I got to do to make you love me
What do I got to do to make you care
What do I do when lightning strikes me
And awake to find that you are not there

What do I got to do to make you want me
What do I got to do to be heard
what do I say when it's all over (baby)
Sorry seems to be the hardest word

chorus:
It's sad so sad
It's a sad sad situation
And it's getting more and more absurd
It's sad so sad
Why can't we talk it over
Oh, it seems to me
That sorry seems to be the hardest word

What do I do to make you want me
What do I got to do to be heard
What do I do say when it's all over
Sorry seems to be the hardest word

What do I do to make you love me
What do I got to do to be heard
What do I do when lightning strikes me
What have I got to do? (2x)

When sorry seems to be the hardest word...

How can we forgive?
What two people have held a lifelong separated and has made them as enemies facing each other, can be lifted in a single moment of love. If we no longer assume that bills need to be settled, we rely entirely on our hearts. For at once we understand that love is the natural space of the open heart and open mind.
Caught as we are in our melodramas, we all too easily forget that together we are part of a process. People are connected to each other by the collective memory and by the flow of love; and also through our actions we are examples to each other as well. In short, we influence each other all the time and therefore we are all part of each other.

Forgiveness is a quality where you abandon grudges and no longer cling to a separate identity. It means you enter your heart, so you can also feel the pain of the other and be able to release this pain. Forgiveness comes when you open your heart for your mistakes or someone else’s .
The Indian holy teacher Maharaji used to say: 'Never close your heart for anyone. For when you close off your heart to someone, you close yourself off as well."
For nobody is worth to close your heart for. If you put a wall around your heart, because you cannot tolerate anymore pain, you cannot let love come inside. And with that you deprive yourself.

Then it might be time to see whether we need to clear some overdue maintenance. In case of physical injuries we usually go to a doctor. With sore feelings we do not run so fast to a psychologist. But we can heal them ourselves through forgiveness.

What about pride and resentment?
Our forgiveness is usually blocked by pride and resentment. If resentment appears, we ARE that pride. We identify ourselves with it, and we shut ourselves off; we stock that feeling somewhere in our body. Until after years we discover that our stomach hurts or that there is pain elsewhere in our body. And we have forgotten where it originated.
But we can also use that resentment as an opportunity to subject ourselves to an investigation. Because we ARE not the proudness that we have, which comes and goes and we do not need to stick to it.
At first many people are wondering if there actually exists forgiveness in their hearts. I hear sometimes say, "Oh no, what he did to me, I will never ever forgive him." So it might take a while before this grossly neglected capacity is cultivated again. For most of us no longer go to church where we learned "Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us."

If we find out that we are not quite finished with our affairs, that there is that painful attack in our hearts, we discover that each one carries the same pain. And forgiveness begins to switch into compassion. If we cherish compassion, that pain disappears, and turns into love. All this so-called separation dissolves in the One, our connection with each other. We all suffer from the same pain.
And only then, when we realize this, we can clean up our mess.

I think the message is that we need to learn to think with our heart, or feel with our heads. In that way we place the observer or the director in ourselves into effect, and in that case not the actor, our ego is in charge of us, but our spirit, carried by love.

Would YOU be willing to forgive someone who has hurt you?
.....
When we ourselves accept our mistakes and those of others, then maybe we can forgive ourselves and others for what happened to us in our lives, and we can look differently at things.
Why did those other people hurt you? What was behind their actions?

We need not efface ourselves, or make us less than who we are. I was told as a child: Act normally, in that way you’re crazy enough’. And ‘Self praise stinks’. Based on experience in our young lives, we can develop behavior patterns, that are no longer needed later in life. We can learn to use our talents. And become who we really want to be, in fact, not as who we have created ourselves by conditions!

When you forgive someone for what he/she did to you, then in effect you really heal yourself. Because that person has been a mirror for you in this life experience.
An unprocessed emotion that settles in your body or your mind, manifests itself through a negative thought, feeling and/or behavior pattern. This is a normal reaction to a deep hurt.
Acceptance and forgiveness are key factors in solving an old sore spot. In this case have patience with yourself. If you are up to it, the underlying meditation could give you the peace to rise above this situation:

Psychiatrist and terminal caregiver Stephen Levine, has provided us with the following handle:

forgiveness meditation consists of three parts:
Take some time to get to yourself. Close your eyes, so you can concentrate better.
1. You take an incident in your thoughts where someone has hurt you deeply. It could be someone who is already deceased, but that does not matter. Play the movie again in your mind's eye.
You forgive that person who did this to you... See how is responded. What do you feel?
2. You ask the other person to forgive you. Because sometimes you had a bad reaction yourself to what was done to you...
What happens? ... Even if that person cannot forgive you at this time, then this is a burden the other one has to carry. You have done everything to resolve it.
3. And finally, you forgive yourself. That you allowed others to hurt you, because at that time you could not react otherwise....
Put your arms around that person that you were back then... comfort her/him...; from now on you will always be there for her/him, should she/he show up again.
Take some time to experience what happens.
Then come back to the here and now.

The moral of this story is: do say more often excuse me, I'm sorry, please forgive me, I forgive you  to each other.
And see what it brings about.

Quotes

  • Forgiveness is not about the other person, but about you: releasing the load that you carry with you.
  • To blame someone else, is one of the best ways to stick to a problem.
  • Weak people can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. (Mahatma Gandhi)
  • Forgiveness is accepting the fact that the past cannot be changed.
  • In forgiving, the understanding changes. In forgetting you lose the lesson.
  • Anyone can hold a grudge, but it takes a person with character to forgive. When you forgive, you release yourself from a painful burden. Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was OK, and it doesn’t mean that person should still be welcome in your life. It just means you have made peace with the pain, and are ready to let it go.

Obesity (by nutrition) and spirituality: For all fat people who are annoyed with themselves and others

Yesterday we sat at an outdoor cafe for lunch to celebrate the birthday of my husband. Next to us were sitting two very thick young women. I could not help but heard part of their conversation. Actually their entire lunch had the same topic: about their obesity and how they wanted to deal with it. Also how others cope with them. They were both in therapy and were tired of being encouraged by others while declining a cake, when their colleagues were eating the delicious pastry. For a moment I thought I promote the books that I've just read and learned a lot about healthy eating. But something held me back. They can find their own quest for joy, freedom and fulfillment.
More people are currently pessimistic and even depressed; they see no way out of the chaos that is exhibited in the newspapers on a daily basis, the poverty that overtakes them now they are fired with the uncertainty of whether they can return to work soon, the pension that is lower than they had thought, or the prospect that they have to work several years longer than their parents. All this is part of the purification that still persists for some time at the beginning of the Aquarian Age: anything that does not meet love and unity will disintegrate.

But there is hope for those who want to stand in their own strength and want to break through their unconscious wrong diet with their own will-power, in addition to therapy and book knowledge:

Mystic Sonia Bos, founder of the Aquarian Mysticism, held a lecture on Disturbed eating behavior in 1999: anorexia, bulimia nervosa, food addiction, which is still very up to date. Below is a brief description with an introduction to meditation:

“Very deep at the base of anorexia and bulimia is discontent in men and women, a pattern of self-rejection: not wanting or being able to live in the material world, which originates in deep-rooted trauma. The causes and healing of these primeval traumas are discussed in this lecture. Holistic healing occurs through self-acceptance and awareness of what life is for: acceptance to use our spirit power in matter.

During the lecture Sonia says as an introduction to the meditation Becoming whole: When the healing starts, the external problems solve naturally, that's the beauty. But if you are not going to the depths, never really go up to those very deep traumas, you never come to a complete healing, and then you will remain to pick at the surface. I'm going to try to explain that. If you do not understand, then just let it come upon you. Together we are building a huge field in which we provide you that healing. As if you get a treatment, you should see it like that. In it, we approach that deep core for all at the same time.

If you still have difficulty in believing in yourself, you say: ‘It will be true, I am confident, I'm stepping in it. It is also in me. Bring it on!’ We go to the base where we uproot the deepest problems. In advance I first build the energy in myself so I can reach my depth again, otherwise I'm irretrievably lost. I need to go to my deepest, divine piece of being human, where from that deepest, mystical source in man, come all the miracles that we can accomplish.

Life is love, because let's face it, if life was not love, you would not want to live any longer? How often have you been trying to escape? But then there is something that just reserves you: love, positivity, creative force, the breath, the spirit, name it as you like it. To that living power of love, the Universal Love Force, I want to focus today; I want to focus now for you.

The Universal Love: The White Rose
You may live. In you I touch the point of resistance against life and call for the Christ force, the Universal Love, the White Rose. Just see a White Rose, the Rose of Sharon, which I lay in your resistance point and you just choose to live, then she will be present: the Universal Love. I ask for a transformation of my opposition to life. I see a White Rose...

And every time I'm afraid I cannot go on, I get another binge or starve myself, I think of the White Rose, the Universal Love, and find safety in there. Just ask for help, you may ask. Give yourself permission to ask life for help, the White Rose, the Universal Love, the self-regenerative capability of life...
Feel at home again, then you have an anchor in life. So I give you first a buddy. You have chosen for life, we have touched the resistance in you. Feel yourself safe with your buddy, the self-regeneration, the Universal Love, Christ, the love, the power of life which is Love.

When in doubt, in fear, with feelings of being lost, you can hide there. If you feel troubled: then lie down in the Rose, pull the leaves as a quilt upon you. Surrender, do not dodge and put your troubles in the pure positivity and ask for transformation, for conversion of your troubles. The White Rose is transformation, is self-regeneration. So are you in your innermost being, but you try to avoid this, because you came to hate yourself.
Your own highest self is your buddy now: the pure White Rose. It is anchored in your being, is always with you. She has a tremendous love force that can settle everything, that transforms. Just make peace with the buddy on your path, the depths of your own being: the White Rose...”

In the course of this meditation Sonia hands you your 13 creative forces and the grounding of your personality, your soul and spirit here on earth, so you feel fully human again, the one you're meant to be. And in this way you transform your life. In Dutch available on CD, MP3 or download Verstoord eetgedrag (Disturbed eating behavior). Use Translate.Google

Dementia, the premature loss

Last week there was on Dutch television a documentary titled How unhealthy eating leads to dementia. In the Netherlands, 250,000 people suffer from dementia. The chance that someone currently gets Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia is 20%, but, according to U.S. researchers this can be much larger in the coming years. They discovered namely a link between diabetes and dementia. Through our Western diet with lots of calories and fat, our body can become insensitive to insulin. A process that also appears to have effect on the brains with Alzheimer's disease as a possible consequence. (From: AVRO-bode)

Mystic Sonia Bos, founder of the Aquarian Mysticism, has paid considerable attention to this disease that begins to take an epidemic form. In her article Dementia, from a spiritual point of view she speaks about natural and unnatural dementia, and the meaning of life.
In The mechanism of dementia she goes into the process of dementia: The loss of personality and the heroic struggle of the demented. After which the releasing of the soul and the spirit eventually follow.
In Alzheimer's disease Sonia indicates what dementia is and explains that you must always be aware that the essence of the demented constantly sits as a guest with you at the table! When you realize this, it becomes clear how important it is that you continue visiting the patient and surround him/her with your love. And – what he/she, under normal circumstances, perhaps could not – he/she suddenly can: accept and allow your love. He/she sucks it like a sponge.

In addition, Sonia received cosmic teachings during the lecture Dementie, het vroegtijdige verlies (Dementia, the premature loss), in which she indicates that the cause of dementia is the loss of life motivation, with the result that the spiritual nature of man itself retreats during life into the spheres. How we can alleviate the fate of the demented human is clearly explained here. This download includes a meditation Aid for the demented man. (Only in Dutch the lecture is also available on CD or as a reader)

When Sonia's father became demented, and he regretted that his request for euthanasia could not be granted, on behalf of her father she was going to write: De Winter die niet mocht zijn (The winter that was not meant to be): a personal report, with which she gives with insight and understanding a good picture of life in a nursing home full of demented people. And of the problems currently facing nursing homes. Her love for life is to recognize in every part of this book.

In touch with your inner guidance through mediumship or through the mystical way?

In the Aquarius era that has commenced around the turn of the century, there is a growing awareness of every human being to ever greater heights. Those who find this weblog, are inwardly guided to look, besides their personality (lower self), for more background information about their soul (higher self) and spirit (highest self). Looking for their soul: the ones they are over all previous lives, and their spirits are looking for the connection to the Spirit, the divine in them.

In the book  Op weg naar de zon; Een weg naar hoger genezen (Towards the Sun, a road to higher cure) a chapter is dedicated to inner guidance. Sonia Bos says a.o.: "Working from the inner guidance is not based on mediumship, knows no entity guidance. It is a road of engaging the inner mastery in you, the mystical divine connection. If you focus outwards, you will not find the Source. It may even happen that you come in contact with the astral world, which makes you end up in all kinds of impure vibrations. In this way you may still want to contribute to the great world transformation, but your work will not bear fruit that it could have done, because the inner impulse, the inner guidance, can only come from the Source within yourself.

External communication and deception
Anyone who from now on thinks that he is able to communicate through the external way, is being misled. That is a very bold statement, but I stand 100% behind this. If I don't, then I can visit many of you soon in a mental hospital. I speak from experience, because, as I said earlier, two girlfriends of mine are already in such degrading conditions. So anyone who says he has a master as an entity besides him, you can tell that his story from now on is no longer true!

The inner encounter with the Masters
The masters have opened lodges to accompany humans inwardly. However, be alert for somebody who says: "I just have seen Master Morya standing next to me" or: "he stood by me and gave me inspiration." Forget about it, because in the new stream of evolution you can find such a master only within yourself.
The road does not lead everyone to the mental hospital. There are mediums who stand tall with their entities guidance, who bring also professionally seen good messages. They do this, however, always from passed over human consciousness, which is not from the Source. That human consciousness is by definition narrower than the consciousness of the Source. Moreover, this will cease to exist.

The connection to the divine consciousness
The inner guidance connects you to the divine consciousness. This will never deceive you, but will always bring you on the right track. The choice you can make is: do I want the thrill, the paranormal, or do I lay my consciousness that I developed inside of me into the hands of the Source?"

Inner guidance
Sonia explains in which case you can address your inner guidance: for example, for pain relief. "You turn inwards and you visualize one of the transformation symbols that you connect with your inner guidance, the inner Source. You can also go there if you need love, or if you often feel so lonely."
What all more is possible at a global level by using your inner guidance, you can read in the above mentioned book.

You can use your inner guidance in a pure way by visualizing three universal symbols. These three symbols plus the transformation symbols can be found on the cards in the webshop of Sonia Bos.

Hunger

On  February 15th a report of the charity organization Save the Children has been published, which states amongst others, that the next 15 years half a billion children is likely to develop a physical and mental retardation, because of a shortage of food. 80% of the malnourished children live in 20 developing countries. (How many children in the rich countries are going to school without breakfast, get cookies, candy and soda in their tin for a lunch, instead of sandwiches, fresh fruit and milk or water!? This is also a kind of malnutrition, with obesity as a result.)
July: Because of the economic crisis, the number of people living below the poverty line has considerably increased. On top of that, there is a disappointing wheat and corn harvest, especially in the United States, which experiences the worst drought in 50 years. The wet weather in Europe makes the farmers fear for fungus. Price increases will be the result.
August: During the 2012 Olympic Games in London athletes asked in an open letter to British Prime Minister David Cameron to pay attention at a G8-summit of governments to the number of hungry children worldwide. The aim is to raise enough money before the next Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro take place, to prevent that children grow too little by malnutrition.

Through the evolution of human consciousness there is a spiritual solution to resolve karma in general and hunger in particular. New tuition received by Sonia Bos and passed on to people who are looking for the solution to the problem of hunger in the world. A new 'technique' is given in order to mediate for the karma of the hungry. In 1993 she gave a lecture on the subject of hunger, viewed from a spiritual angle. There is also a spiritual solution to man: transformation of the karma of the people who know hunger, transformation of the karma of the hungry man.

Would you like to learn this technique? Help yourself first. Read An introduction to transformation. (To be found on the website of Sonia Bos) Are you familiar with transformation techniques, let’s make this world a better place and include the hungry in your meditation. The action of many to stand up against the problem of hunger in the world, will contribute to the solution.

Cardiovascular diseases

In a newspaper article of 23 February this year was indicated that the Dutch eat too much salt: men 9.9 and women 7.5 grams instead of 6 grams, according to a study by RIVM (Dutch government institute for public health and environment). Ready-made meals like pizza (15 grams) and processed meats are 'salt bombs’. Salt has, without thinking, become a seasoning, which we carelessly strew. If we eat 3 grams less salt daily, 2000 people less will die annually from heart disease. Apart from the Netherlands, elsewhere in the world it will not be much different. Not using the salt jar or prepare your food with fresh products as much as you can, won’t increase your blood pressure, you might say. Of course you can look for causes from different perspectives. This is one aspect of the food supply side, while I haven't talked about cholesterolproblems by eating too much animal products like meat, mussels, shrimps, butter, cheese, eggs and yoghurt. People, who stand for a holistic approach, would like to investigate multiple angles.

The Aquarius mysticism gives a spiritual perspective on cardiovascular diseases: The major epidemic diseases such as cancer, AIDS and cardiovascular disease are incurred by life clearing away karma on a large scale, for which in this Aquarian age is no longer place. It is especially the emotional burden of living that brings a heart- or vascular disease. Through awareness and transformation, meditation with universal symbols control from the higher being, your creative power, in addition to medical care, can bring healing. That it is no coincidence if someone suffers from heart or vascular disease, is described by Sonia Bos in the reader Hart- envaatziekten (Cardiovascular diseases), including questions / answers and meditation. For a more detailed explanation or to order see her website. As this reader is in Dutch, I recommend you to have it translated by Google translator. (The English version needs a review before it can be published!)

Meditation and Transformation

Sonia Bos, mystic and spokeswoman for the Aquarius Mysticism has explained in several books how to meditate. Meditation is the foundation of transformation. In An introduction to transformation, she writes: "By meditating, man can reach the Source of Life within himself. Now that the Age of Aquarius is deployed, an important aim of meditation is to access the inner connection with the Source, by which man may come in contact with the power of creation. This gives him the possibility of transforming his karma, so that it is no longer necessary to suffer from his karma and he can lift his agony. Every human being is called to do so. He/she should just become aware that this is possible and he/she will have to learn how to wield the power of creation. "

In a nutshell, life as aprocess of growth describes the awareness of man and how the divine power of love transforms every crumb of karma in the creation. Also how you can build up a meditation and make contact with your higher self.
An overview where in de body the 13 chakras are located and the functions of the universal symbols with images, are described on the website of Sonia Bos. More information about these books you can find of course in the webshop.

Meditation: Would you like to give meditation a chance, without these books, then visualize a pure White Rose, the universal symbol of unconditional love, and place it in all those spots in your body, where you feel pain or discomfort. Tell your body that you want to be healthy. This may not be an instant charm, but by loving yourself regularly unconditionally this way, your body will react.

Obama speaks out and declares support for same-sex marriage

The most powerful man in the world, the President of the United States, Barack Obama stated on May 9th that homosexuals have the right to love and marry one another. From his Christian faith he says the following: "In principle, the point is that we not only have to think of Christ who sacrificed himself for us, but it is also the Golden Rule - treat others as you like to be treated.” He is pictured on the internet, sitting on the back of the unicorn of equality, while from his hands all colors of the rainbow radiate. And all this, while voters in North Carolina just approved a ban on same-sex marriage this week. But there are also already ten states, plus Washington DC where gay marriage is now allowed.

In the Aquarian mysticism, in meditation universal symbols are used to work with the creative power. One is the White Unicorn, a transmutation symbol with which you evoke the strength of the Almighty, the 7th dimension in the consciousness of the Universal Christ. Transmute means, reversing a negative situation into a positive situation, to the original meaning of life.
On April first, I briefly focused on the gay human in the article Mankind is standing up in the Aquarian age. I like to give a further explanation of the book that mystic Sonia Bos has written:
Het kosmisch perspectief van de mens; man, vrouw, homosexualiteit en de maatschappij (The cosmic perspective of the human being; man, woman, homosexuality and society)
.
Back cover: The book is a trilogy of lectures, where it first examines the specific role of the man and woman in creation, followed by the specific role of the homosexual human. Explained is why in our world of duality, men and women received their own task force and how the yang of males and the yin strength of women in recent times has worked. With the advent of the Aquarian Age (from about the year 2000) the world and the consciousness of mankind is changing at a rapid pace. Therefore not only men and women are changing, but also their relationship, which grows towards equivalence. The differences between men and women are diminishing, but they retain their own, deepened task which is further explained.
In the third lecture Sonia indicates that primal nostalgia to the Source can be seen as the cause of homosexuality: "Part of human life opposed to having to live in the duality with the associated (Dory: reduced) state of consciousness. This opposition also brings primal rage. In this manner three categories of people originate: men, women and homosexual humans. The gay human can be seen as a pioneer on returning to the Source. (Dory: the recognition that we as humans are a divine spark, who, from Love and Unity are authorized to work with our creative power to establish a new earth) The primal rage is considered very functionally and especially in this time is tickled awake by the Creator and additionally encouraged. The homosexuals will provide extra support to life in its returning to the Source."
The exodus of homosexuals has begun, writes Sonia in 1997. "A complete army is prepared. The phase of aggression brings just that downwards which needs to be demolished. We are going forwards from an old society to a new society. We are moving to a life of love and equality and in this event aggression is the engine to break down, and resistance is the engine to stop what has decayed. So in this, the homosexual human plays an important role."
Furthermore Sonia explains the different levels of awareness of the homosexual human and she answers questions such as:
-          Has the homosexual human being, who lives right now, been gay throughout all previous lives?
-          Has that choice at the beginning been a very definite one or are there degrees to be distinguished?
-          Where is bisexuality related to?
-          You mentioned that many gay people suffer from primal rage. There are also many people who react very strongly against homosexuality, which seems also a sort of primal rage. Could you say more about that?
-          Does the heterosexual accept duality? After all he has also been lost from the Source.
-          The coming-out is often a difficult process for the young homosexual human, especially during puberty. Can you tell something about this, relating to changing the world?

Unfortunately there is only a draft of this book in English, which needs to be revised by a native English/American speaker. If anyone is really interested, please register yourself as a volunteering translator on the website of Sonia Bos: www.soniabos.com.

Awareness: increasing your consciousness

For me, awareness is realizing that you’re part of a larger whole, where you come in contact with, and live from your inner observer, the director in you. Your personality, your ego if you will, the one who lives the life, thereby makes (him) herself inferior to that larger whole. You then live more and more from what is good for us, for the earth, instead of living from what is good for me. In short articulate: You live from your Love for Life. And in this we can grow endlessly, starting with loving yourself first. Enter the website of Sonia Bos and just type the word awareness and read more about this subject that suits you.
