Obesity (by nutrition) and spirituality: For all fat people who are annoyed with themselves and others

Yesterday we sat at an outdoor cafe for lunch to celebrate the birthday of my husband. Next to us were sitting two very thick young women. I could not help but heard part of their conversation. Actually their entire lunch had the same topic: about their obesity and how they wanted to deal with it. Also how others cope with them. They were both in therapy and were tired of being encouraged by others while declining a cake, when their colleagues were eating the delicious pastry. For a moment I thought I promote the books that I've just read and learned a lot about healthy eating. But something held me back. They can find their own quest for joy, freedom and fulfillment.

More people are currently pessimistic and even depressed; they see no way out of the chaos that is exhibited in the newspapers on a daily basis, the poverty that overtakes them now they are fired with the uncertainty of whether they can return to work soon, the pension that is lower than they had thought, or the prospect that they have to work several years longer than their parents. All this is part of the purification that still persists for some time at the beginning of the Aquarian Age: anything that does not meet love and unity will disintegrate.

But there is hope for those who want to stand in their own strength and want to break through their unconscious wrong diet with their own will-power, in addition to therapy and book knowledge:

Mystic Sonia Bos, founder of the Aquarian Mysticism, held a lecture on Disturbed eating behavior in 1999: anorexia, bulimia nervosa, food addiction, which is still very up to date. Below is a brief description with an introduction to meditation:

“Very deep at the base of anorexia and bulimia is discontent in men and women, a pattern of self-rejection: not wanting or being able to live in the material world, which originates in deep-rooted trauma. The causes and healing of these primeval traumas are discussed in this lecture. Holistic healing occurs through self-acceptance and awareness of what life is for: acceptance to use our spirit power in matter.

During the lecture Sonia says as an introduction to the meditation Becoming whole: When the healing starts, the external problems solve naturally, that's the beauty. But if you are not going to the depths, never really go up to those very deep traumas, you never come to a complete healing, and then you will remain to pick at the surface. I'm going to try to explain that. If you do not understand, then just let it come upon you. Together we are building a huge field in which we provide you that healing. As if you get a treatment, you should see it like that. In it, we approach that deep core for all at the same time.

If you still have difficulty in believing in yourself, you say: ‘It will be true, I am confident, I'm stepping in it. It is also in me. Bring it on!’ We go to the base where we uproot the deepest problems. In advance I first build the energy in myself so I can reach my depth again, otherwise I'm irretrievably lost. I need to go to my deepest, divine piece of being human, where from that deepest, mystical source in man, come all the miracles that we can accomplish.

Life is love, because let's face it, if life was not love, you would not want to live any longer? How often have you been trying to escape? But then there is something that just reserves you: love, positivity, creative force, the breath, the spirit, name it as you like it. To that living power of love, the Universal Love Force, I want to focus today; I want to focus now for you.

The Universal Love: The White Rose

You may live. In you I touch the point of resistance against life and call for the Christ force, the Universal Love, the White Rose. Just see a White Rose, the Rose of Sharon, which I lay in your resistance point and you just choose to live, then she will be present: the Universal Love. I ask for a transformation of my opposition to life. I see a White Rose...

And every time I'm afraid I cannot go on, I get another binge or starve myself, I think of the White Rose, the Universal Love, and find safety in there. Just ask for help, you may ask. Give yourself permission to ask life for help, the White Rose, the Universal Love, the self-regenerative capability of life...

Feel at home again, then you have an anchor in life. So I give you first a buddy. You have chosen for life, we have touched the resistance in you. Feel yourself safe with your buddy, the self-regeneration, the Universal Love, Christ, the love, the power of life which is Love.

When in doubt, in fear, with feelings of being lost, you can hide there. If you feel troubled: then lie down in the Rose, pull the leaves as a quilt upon you. Surrender, do not dodge and put your troubles in the pure positivity and ask for transformation, for conversion of your troubles. The White Rose is transformation, is self-regeneration. So are you in your innermost being, but you try to avoid this, because you came to hate yourself.

Your own highest self is your buddy now: the pure White Rose. It is anchored in your being, is always with you. She has a tremendous love force that can settle everything, that transforms. Just make peace with the buddy on your path, the depths of your own being: the White Rose...”

In the course of this meditation Sonia hands you your 13 creative forces and the grounding of your personality, your soul and spirit here on earth, so you feel fully human again, the one you're meant to be. Building a new world

That there are major changes in this new time Barack Obama announced already five years ago in his election campaign with the theme 'Change we can believe in'. The financial world collapsed, and is not yet in order. That was meant to be according to the Aquarian Mysticism (see The credit crunch, a spiritual outlook). But he managed to reach that some 12 million people in the U.S. are eligible for health care. Something that many presidents before him had failed to accomplish!

The Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant fits nicely in the changes: On May 2, there appeared an advertisement from the Foundation Share Netherlands titled: Humanity at a crossroads, which includes the following content: Where are we going now? Do you choose a fairer society for all 7 billion people? Are you ready to put effort in redeeming our planet from pollution? Would you take action now to eradicate hunger and to save billions of lives? Do you fancy working with others to make the right choices and to build a better world for everyone? Now is the time. And so on.

And on March 7 in the same newspaper there was an advertisement of the journal Vrij Nederland (Free Netherlands)  with the front page: Radical innovators: 23 ideas for a better world.

Apparently we are ready to create this new world.

How does the Aquarian Mysticism look at these innovations? Mystic Sonia Bos has written about this topic in several articles, such as Op weg naar een betere wereld (Towards a better world): "In the blueprint of life enormous changes are taking place. Although invisible, they are surely felt! And everyone on Earth is involved…

The Cosmic Man

In 1989 human consciousness underwent a major change. In the seven-fold awareness of the Piscean Age man the gate was opened to its original thirteen fold divine consciousness. His consciousness became thirteen fold, so that the Universal Love (Christ) and the Universal Unity (the Creator) could be expressed in it. Thus man became the cosmic man, who can completely unlock the Source of Life in himself and bring it to life. In 2004 we have a blueprint that is based on the Universal Love and this can now also fully be expressed by man!

Man was called to this consciousness mutation to bring, as an instrument, with his thirteen-fold consciousness everything in life that is still imperfect and still far from loving to the perfect state of Universal Love.”

De grote ompoling – van nemen naar geven (The great shift - from taking to giving) "The Age of Aquarius (2000 - 4000) is the era of ‘we’. Thus it is contrary to the Piscean Age (0 - 2000), where especially the ‘I’ counted. From ‘I’ to "we" is a great upheaval, we will see unfold within ourselves and in our society.

From taking to giving

If we are focused on our 'I', on our ego, our attention is inwardly focused. Our chakras are then withdrawn, inward-looking. If we aim to the other and to the public interest – to the ‘we’, we will need to focus our attention field outwards. Then our chakras will flip, so we can give.

In this way our behavior changes from taking to giving. Taking in the broadest sense of the word, such as receiving or needing attention from therapists or from our environment. In giving we become supporting, supportive, on small or large scale. We will continue to think wider and eventually the world becomes our focus point. We are going to think globally, allowing us to relativize our own interests and a 'we-feeling' is born in us."

Bouwen aan een nieuwe wereld (Building a new world): "We are getting more sensitive, also the burden that our welfare entails, increases constantly. Therefore we have to deal with all kinds of allergies and intolerances, such as food intolerance and dye intolerance. Our body is in fact extremely heavily burdened by these factors and our resistance rather undermined. Our old resistance mechanism of the Piscean Age, which was carried by a sevenfold consciousness, therefore no longer meets the needs. It cannot withstand such a large load as today's society imposes. A higher and stronger resistance mechanism wants therefore to be active, a resistance mechanism that is supported by the thirteen-fold consciousness of the cosmic human, and that is put to work by our thymuschakra!

To be able to activate that higher resistance mechanism, we will have to appeal to our cosmic humanity and bring it to development. We will then stand in life as the cosmic man/woman, and learn to live from the Aquarius facts with its laws of Love and Unity. Eventually, we will then stand as a ‘worker’ in everyday life in order to contribute to building the world.”  

Met de raket mee omhoog – een flinke injectie tot bewustwording en groei (Going up with the rocket - a considerable injection to awareness and growth): "Yes, the world is ready for it, because wé are ready for it. Ready to provide the world this gigantic acceleration of evolution, to guide this, to transform and to beautify it. The great resurrection of life has begun. A triumph, of which the outcome was determined long ago."

In de draaikolk van het leven (In the vortex of life): Life entered a big rapid. We find ourselves in a vortex, a large swirling floodgate, resulting in a total renewal of life.

Yes, you may be thinking, yet another golden promise for over a hundred years, if not longer. But fortunately I can refute this right here. The image of the vortex, the floodgate and the almost exploding entering of the new life, can take place nów in every human being. However, it requires a total surrender to the movement of life. Because with the less resistance you enter this phase of life, the faster you shoot into your new life, your resurrection life!

A quantum leap in evolution is made​​: we are sucked from one dimension into the next dimension of life.”

The free will on the shovel (to build the new Earth)

On November 17 there was an article in the Dutch newspaper 'De Volkskrant' about philosopher Daniel Dennett. Scientists and thinkers are sometimes diametrically opposed to each other in terms of ideas. In this case, neurologist Prof. Dick Swaab would argue that our free will is an illusion. Daniel Dennett sees this as a fallacy.

I have once again searched into the available lectures of Sonia Bos, mystic and spokeswoman for the Aquarian Mysticism, what is said about our free will. This subject comes up time and again in many writings. And over the years, we can see that an evolution in free will has occurred:

The Aquarian Mysticism teaches us in 1993 through the lecture De kosmische opdracht van mens en aarde (The cosmic command of man and earth)

"The preservation of life guaranteed

The ultimate cosmic task of man is, to radiate from free will, from the inside the entire cosmic system of which he is part, with light. Everything in this system can then be brought to the horizon from the inside and be focused on the infinite light. In this way the preservation of all life in matter, in the system of life in which we stand, is  guaranteed.

Free will and cosmic mission

Man can only voluntarily enter his cosmic mission. At the time that enough people do this, they attract with such force the light inwards that also the rest of the people - those who kill, rob, plunder, rape – go along. From the inside, man, this is the only way out of your misery."

“The free will of man

Question: What happens in this whole process with the free will of man? Free will ultimately belongs to the ego. Should this be put in the trash? Is the free will at some point also transformed?
Sonia: "It has always been the intention of the Creator that man would freely choose for his higher will, the will of the Source of Life within himself. Only from free will, man is called to explore the higher. This creation was created to create conscious life. Life can only be aware when there is a free will, an ego, a personality, a vehicle."

"The complete Pisces Era (0 to 2000) was marked by awareness of the individuality, the ego and the free will. Man was raised this way. Up to the year 2000, the laws of cause and effect settled life. The Ark of the Covenant is based on this. The ego had to learn to listen to the laws of cause and effect and learn to act purely. It was distinguishing love, to be able to come to the love that will be released in the Aquarian Age (2000 - 4000)."

Choosing for change

But you should also want this and that I cannot do it for you, that's entirely up to you. For man has a free will and that will not be crossed by the Divinity.

So, where previously the free will was the divine heritage, Sonia on 27 September 2008 during the lecture  Zelfrespect, heling van je eigenwaarde (Self-respect, healing your self-esteem) has passed the following value:

"The ego of man

I feel a hesitation to continue and suddenly realize why I feel hesitation. The next part is about how important I still think my ego is; my true free will which was my heritage. That's going to change now.

The many demands of the ego

Until today, the most divine heritage for humans was his free will, his ego. That gave him the right to decide, that gave him self-esteem and he could feel this: I'm a man, I am an individual, I have power, I can say: "Until here and no further, this is what I want and that’s what I’ll do: I make my plans." I, ME, Myself, I. And oh, how desperately we needed that "I" before. It was the driving force for the evolution that focused on the solar plexus, to which the ego is linked. But the driving force of evolution is no longer focused on the solar plexus, but on the heart and throat to put the Spirit forward now."

On October 18, 2008 in Leren leven in overgave (Learning to live in surrender) Sonia reveals:

"The God in man is revealed

What does the new Spirit of God bring us? The new Spirit of God says: "In the involution I've switched on your awareness path. You could be an individual. You could feel that you are human and you could shape being a human in the substance and become a strong individual: I am me, I'm human, I was born as a man, as an individual.” The New Spirit of God now says: "I call on you no longer as a human being, I appeal now to your godhood; because in the years between 1985 and 2008 I have fully converted your inner structure as humans. The God in you is revealed. You are now both man and you are God. You can now choose whether you continue to function as a person or intend to operate as a God."

You have the choice between your free will and your divine will. But the new Spirit of God says: "I no longer urge you to your free will, because your free will is for me no more the highest good. I approach to your divine will. I speak to you in your godhood; I speak to you in your soul."

On November 1, 2008 Sonia gives her last lecture: Verlichting (Enlightenment)

"The godhood in man

You will hardly believe this, but it is a fact that on 27 September of this year, during the seminar Zelfrespect, heling van je eigenwaarde (Self-respect, healing your self-esteem) I could report you - and we have then also worked on it - that the free will of man, that is to say of Earth humans, is no more divine heritage, but that from now on the divine will of man has become his divine heritage. When you turn inward, the cosmic man comes forward and says: "You are God and the divine will in you now speaks to you.

The divine will in us takes precedence

Already three quarters of the free will is currently withdrawn. Of course, you still need a part to be able to choose and give your life direction. But that huge screamer that says: I need to be in matter, I must acknowledge myself, I, I, I, I was only functional during involution. While we now go back to the Source and as a cosmic human we may accomplish high universal tasks, it is extremely important that the divine will in us directly announces itself and that the loudmouth, the free will of the ego, is tempered for a while. For a while? Is tempered for good! Now, says the divine will: "Hello, you're God, you're human, we are going to live from the higher; we will build a new world, do you hear that?"

"Oh, but the material world is still so much fun, I don’t feel like it yet and my bed is so good..."

The new world comes into view

Do you remember when we used to take the first steps on our awareness path and dreamt about spiritual fulfillment? Now the cosmic human is pushed forward and we must accomplish tasks. But that is easier now because the free will was partially sent back and that's a grace. I still had to go all the way with the free will and that incredible personality control which I could not let go.

That has just about five weeks ago been sent back. The personality control is no longer important; the Spirit is now the great control in humans. But those who are enlightened and those who are on their way to enlightenment, had to do it with their personality control on their shoulders and with the free will as divine heritage. From now on it can therefore only become lighter. The family auras and extended family auras are withdrawn, so you get less condemnation. Also in the religion auras and culture auras a huge change is about to take place, because now the vanguard of humanity altogether stands as an avatar, as Morning Star, the divine breath can build the new world. You can already see it happen and it's great. Soon with the Christmas outpouring (2008), this divine breath goes around the world, and you'll see what accelerations are coming on this beautiful path to enlightenment, and how much lighter the road has become by the incredible creations we lately have given.

I welcome you on your path to enlightenment."

At one point Dennett agrees with Swaab: there is no soul. Everything in life becomes new

The American population has once again chosen from her heart. President Barack Obama gets a second term to help to give the world a new look.
Four years ago, Sonia Bos, spokeswoman for the Aquarian mysticism already said during the reading Leren leven in overgave (Learning to live in surrender) the following: "Have you ever wondered why the stock markets plummeted in recent weeks and why we find ourselves in a credit crunch? Have you even wondered why in the USA such a fierce election campaign takes place? An old boss – and I mean this not unkindly, but he is a Piscean age boss – and an Aquarian-young man compete for precedence. It will be an exciting race, because they are pursuing different values in life."
And now, four years later, exactly the same event took place. Not only in the US, but worldwide people feel from the inside that Obama is an innovator.

"A historic moment

Everything that lives, is firmly shaken. Old structures are demolished and new ones will be built. We find ourselves at a truly historic moment in the history of the evolution of life. Gods Spirit has renewed and that has, since the origin, never occurred. This means that all values in our society are going to change. All values for the flowers, for the plants, for the animals, for all living creatures in the spheres, are going to deepen and everything will change."

"Bill Gates has already felt this: what should I do with all my money? Let me have one hundred thousand children vaccinated from it. These are the new laws of money: from giving and sharing out of love and not because it is a must. No, he does this because he feels like it."

In the Netherlands something similar is happening. The population has clearly chosen that the largest left-wing and right-wing political parties must work together to bridge the gap between the rich and poor. Though it is still a little bit unusual.

The Aquarian age (2000 - 4000) brings Love and unity

Sonia tells in the reading Verlichting (Enlightenment): "It is high time that a new fresh wind comes over Earth. Spiritually seen it’s already here, we just need to let it blow."

"When we choose for the new flame of the cosmic human there will be so much love, so much sense of unity, such a different feeling for each other, such a different atmosphere on Earth. The fury shall depart, and love will triumph."

Organ donation

This week is the week of the organ donation in The Netherlands. In science and politics a debate takes place whether people yes or no can be obliged to donate their organs after they die to reduce the waiting list for organs in health care. Sonia Bos, mystic and spokeswoman for the Aquarian Mysticism, gives in her book Het Rad van Wedergeboorte (The Wheel ofRebirth) (1994) her vision on this:

Question: Currently, there is much to do about whether or not filling out an organ codicil. From people who are dying and carry such a codicil, the organs are already being removed before death totally occurs or this happens shortly after their death. What happens to these people?

Sonia: "The person who gives an organ, becomes confused: a part of his consciousness is not coming along. In each organ there is a piece of his consciousness. This awareness is forced, by the transplantation into the body of another person, to keep on living. Meanwhile, this organ still gives impulses to the deceased human. You understand that therefore a Babylonian confusion arises. This allows you to form your own judgment."

And in Op weg naar de zon (Towards the Sun) (1994) again the question arises:

Organ donation: right or wrong?

Question: What happens to the recipient of an organ donation and what with the donor? Does the delivery of the organ affect the dying process of the donor?

Sonia: "From a cosmic perspective organ donation is not correct. Each cell of a donated organ is connected to the blueprint of the giver. The organ, however, is being transplanted in a body that functions within the blueprint of the recipient. The blueprint of the giver and the receiver are not equal, and therefore it is seen incorrect from a cosmic point of view. Sometimes, however, for the recipient - by receiving a higher consciousness in him - a piece of growth can occur. That may well be functional.

What about the provider? To be allowed to merge into higher life, the giver withdraws during dying his blueprint slowly from life. The blueprint of the donated organ would also move to higher life. Only, the donor cannot take this part with him. There will arise a hole in his included awareness and thus a hole in his processing. As such, organ transplantation is seen also incorrect from a cosmic point of view.

Giving an organ is an act of altruism and brings man to a higher plane. Seen in this light, it is correct to be able to give, even something of yourself. Man builds through his act of altruism positive karma. Nevertheless, organ donation at the base stays incorrect. The processing at the level of the donated organ is indeed hindered to the provider in the spheres. Not all of the information can be taken from the cells and the tissue. That process will have to wait. Furthermore, for the provider the incarnation cycle may be delayed. He cannot advance on his cosmic way, as long as his cosmic information dwells elsewhere.

Another approach

It is much better for man to guide him in the phase in which for example his heart is ill, when there is not yet a need to be transplanted. The underlying problems that led to his heart problems can still be transformed. He can at that time be accompanied to accelerate to a higher consciousness, which causes that his problems will resolve. This is more effective and more accurate than placing a donated heart in this person.

New consciousness may come that provides insight of the awareness path of humans, where disease of the organs is connected to the problems of man. A different way of thinking and approach of illness, death and healing is desperately needed. Life should not be extended indefinitely. To let a man die when his time has come is a grace. A different vision of life and death has already been given and recorded in the Aquarian mysticism.

It is very essential to work with transformation in the blockades of man (and his vicinity). His illness processes will thereby encourage you, just like other difficult things that come on your way. The mirror of the soul will more and more decrease working; humans will work out karma on a universal level. That requires a universal approach of life, such as transformation. In the universal truth of life, transformation, working with the creative power, is embedded."

And in Het dierenrijk op weg naar verlichting (The animal kingdom on the road to enlightenment) (2001) she says about organ donation: "As an example of resistance, we can take the donation of organs. By having a major recruitment campaign for organ donation was hoped for getting an enormous lot of commitments. However what one has achieved is, that man started to think about it. The result was that indeed fewer people volunteered; man had felt an inner 'no'. The human feels that if he cedes an organ, he cedes part of his consciousness as well, which then in a strange organism continues to live. This creates confusion in the cosmic order of his consciousness. So if man thinks in a conscious way about things, there will be a 'no' from inside.”

In touch with your inner guidance through mediumship or through the mystical way?

In the Aquarius era that has commenced around the turn of the century, there is a growing awareness of every human being to ever greater heights. Those who find this weblog, are inwardly guided to look, besides their personality (lower self), for more background information about their soul (higher self) and spirit (highest self). Looking for their soul: the ones they are over all previous lives, and their spirits are looking for the connection to the Spirit, the divine in them.

In the book  Op weg naar de zon; Een weg naar hoger genezen (Towards the Sun, a road to higher cure) a chapter is dedicated to inner guidance. Sonia Bos says a.o.: "Working from the inner guidance is not based on mediumship, knows no entity guidance. It is a road of engaging the inner mastery in you, the mystical divine connection. If you focus outwards, you will not find the Source. It may even happen that you come in contact with the astral world, which makes you end up in all kinds of impure vibrations. In this way you may still want to contribute to the great world transformation, but your work will not bear fruit that it could have done, because the inner impulse, the inner guidance, can only come from the Source within yourself.

External communication and deception

Anyone who from now on thinks that he is able to communicate through the external way, is being misled. That is a very bold statement, but I stand 100% behind this. If I don't, then I can visit many of you soon in a mental hospital. I speak from experience, because, as I said earlier, two girlfriends of mine are already in such degrading conditions. So anyone who says he has a master as an entity besides him, you can tell that his story from now on is no longer true!

 
The inner encounter with the Masters

The masters have opened lodges to accompany humans inwardly. However, be alert for somebody who says: "I just have seen Master Morya standing next to me" or: "he stood by me and gave me inspiration." Forget about it, because in the new stream of evolution you can find such a master only within yourself.

The road does not lead everyone to the mental hospital. There are mediums who stand tall with their entities guidance, who bring also professionally seen good messages. They do this, however, always from passed over human consciousness, which is not from the Source. That human consciousness is by definition narrower than the consciousness of the Source. Moreover, this will cease to exist.

The connection to the divine consciousness

The inner guidance connects you to the divine consciousness. This will never deceive you, but will always bring you on the right track. The choice you can make is: do I want the thrill, the paranormal, or do I lay my consciousness that I developed inside of me into the hands of the Source?"

Inner guidance

Sonia explains in which case you can address your inner guidance: for example, for pain relief. "You turn inwards and you visualize one of the transformation symbols that you connect with your inner guidance, the inner Source. You can also go there if you need love, or if you often feel so lonely."

What all more is possible at a global level by using your inner guidance, you can read in the above mentioned book.

You can use your inner guidance in a pure way by visualizing three universal symbols. These three symbols plus the transformation symbols can be found on the cards in the webshop of Sonia Bos.

The evolution of good and evil, light and darkness

In March 2012, I read the book Het ontwaken van je dertien hartskwaliteiten (The awakening of your thirteen heart qualities) by Gabriela Gaastra, to put some dots on the i for myself concerning my inner growth. Surprising to me was the part about having Compassion, that we must learn to embrace good and evil. "Embracing evil is your biggest challenge, because this is an aspect of yourself, against which you feel the greatest resistance and what you most dislike. By doing so, you will be able to discover that evil connects you with a great strength in yourself, namely the acceptance of your Divinity in everything you are."

Annemiek van der Zant wrote on August 3rd on her website an article van Donker naar Licht (from Dark to Light), in which she also advises to embrace the dark: "Many deep dark pieces have come out. However, if you stood in love, the dark that came to you could not hit you and you were able to transform the darkness in yourself. For some of us such profound issues came up, that they still need a while to transform them in depth. I do hope that you have been able to embrace this touch. That you have been able to feel the gratitude for all those dark pieces that finally, after they were stuck for centuries, could be freed. I also hope that you really have felt "in the dark hides your divinity".

Steve Rother from Lightwerker.com reported on August 15th: “There is currently a magnetic shift that goes beyond our understanding. First, a wave of old energy must retreat before a wave of positive energy may come in. Surf along on the new stream. You have created this flow yourself because you want to change your life, the world”.

On August 17th, I myself saw during a meditation good and evil partially interlocking.

Now, a distinction can be made between the piece of darkness within yourself and evil outside yourself. You may or may not consciously choose for the good and live from Love with a capital L. In addition, you can consciously choose not to go along with the negativity and drama of others. And then you have another ‘Evil’, the darkness, the collective of entities and people who opt for negativity, the major opponent of the divine power of Love.

What is meant by good and evil, light and darkness? In the glossary of the Aquarian Mysticism Light is explained as: the breath of life, the creative energy. And at Darkness: under darkness are the creations covered that are lower in consciousness than our creation, but which still belong to our evolutionary spiral. In these creations love and light have not yet penetrated.

 
Sonia Bos quotes in her work many times good and evil, as in:

Esoterisch besef (Esoteric notion): "Man went his way through the spheres into the dust. Through the experience of suffering in the material world man seeks a way out from this suffering. By this, he brings himself to consciousness. The consciousness of good and evil arises, i.e. illuminated by love and light or unexposed by love and light. He becomes aware of his Source and this creates the desire to return."

Op weg naar de zon (En route to the Sun): "So far we have lived in duality. This recognizes good and evil, light and darkness. Now, the Source wants duality cease to exist in the material world. The substance may become Spirit; Unity may be established in matter. Evil says: "Wait a minute; that means I should go, that shortly I will no longer have access to the area. I don't buy that."

Duality is uprooted and the shadow side of duality, evil, opposes this. Evil is not destroyed, but it is being transformed towards light, to Love and Unity. It grows towards a world that evil does not know. Just look at yourself: If you are feeling forced to something that you are unfamiliar with, then you oppose this. So does evil resist: from ignorance of the value of Love and Light."

Universeel vertrouwen (Universal Trust): "When you have settled the struggle between good and evil which resides within, you need no longer struggle with the other. You do not vibrate with it and remain at peace and friendly smiling you can calmly say, "Are you sure that it's mine? Is it not a little yours as well? Would you consider thinking about it again”, then you have chances of an awakening, and that is what the Creator has planned."

Eenzaamheid, het verbroken geluk (Loneliness, the lost happiness): The call of the Creator "People, you don’t let the world destroy, do you? You don’t admit destruction on earth, do you? The aggression, the violence, the control, the domination, the intimidation, the fear. I urge you to pull yourself together and go my way, the way of love, the path of building-up, the way of the victory over evil, the way of kindness, gentlenes; my way, my desire, my divine will."

Jouw leven op de schop (Your life on the shovel): "The duality was good and evil, light and dark. Unity is light, is good and is love. In unity there is purely positivity and that comes through your own inner guidance in your thinking. When you follow this path and search for it, for example through meditation, your inner guidance, your own inner source of life, will guide you with positive terms: good boy, good girl, do go your way, just be free and happy. While thinking in unity and consciousness in unity there is only positivity. There is no more destruction, because you have no more affinity with it."

De opgaande lijn van de evolutie (The upward trend of evolution): "On 11 September 2001, (9/11), the Apocalypse, the big change of life, began. Life that was governed by the laws of cause and effect by karma, by an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, was allowed to start functioning through the laws of Love and Unity from higher being. Life will henceforth be controlled from the higher chakras of creation. In other words: the higher being of creation will descend. With this at stake, a huge battle between good and evil has started. Man had to choose for love and unity, for with the touchdown of the higher being of the creation, the creation itself chose that it would be a creation of light, and that herein only would be room for love and unity. Therefore we may slowly let go the grip that duality has upon us and discover that we can cope with each other otherwise. The fight against terrorism stands central in this: do we choose for love or don’t we?"

Houden van mijzelf en het leven (Loving myself and life): "We were given a free will, because the Creator wished that man would be aware. We were able to choose to want to work for Him. The Creator wanted an active human being with an individuality that could choose and distinguish what was and wasn’t in accordance with the creative desire. He wanted a being that in his awareness learned to distinguish and clearly could choose between good and evil, between not exposed by love and be illuminated by love; an individual that would recognize the divine consciousness within himself again and would be an awareness-raising cell for Him. So He created a being to his own resemblance that could bring life in matter to its perfect state."

The evolving human being (the Resurrection) apparently takes the next step in the collective subconscious. Where for centuries has been preached to eradicate evil (literally to kill ‘our opponents'), or to keep away from them, the conscious human by his power of love will become a shining example to others, making that wars and strife, fraud, dishonesty eventually will disappear. It depends on how fast we ourselves bring about that change with each other.

Hunger

On  February 15^th a report of the charity organization Save the Children has been published, which states amongst others, that the next 15 years half a billion children is likely to develop a physical and mental retardation, because of a shortage of food. 80% of the malnourished children live in 20 developing countries. (How many children in the rich countries are going to school without breakfast, get cookies, candy and soda in their tin for a lunch, instead of sandwiches, fresh fruit and milk or water!? This is also a kind of malnutrition, with obesity as a result.)

July: Because of the economic crisis, the number of people living below the poverty line has considerably increased. On top of that, there is a disappointing wheat and corn harvest, especially in the United States, which experiences the worst drought in 50 years. The wet weather in Europe makes the farmers fear for fungus. Price increases will be the result.

August: During the 2012 Olympic Games in London athletes asked in an open letter to British Prime Minister David Cameron to pay attention at a G8-summit of governments to the number of hungry children worldwide. The aim is to raise enough money before the next Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro take place, to prevent that children grow too little by malnutrition.  

Through the evolution of human consciousness there is a spiritual solution to resolve karma in general and hunger in particular. New tuition received by Sonia Bos and passed on to people who are looking for the solution to the problem of hunger in the world. A new 'technique' is given in order to mediate for the karma of the hungry. In 1993 she gave a lecture on the subject of hunger, viewed from a spiritual angle. There is also a spiritual solution to man: transformation of the karma of the people who know hunger, transformation of the karma of the hungry man.

Cancer and awareness

Publications in Nature and Science show early August that from three separate studies in the Netherlands, America and Belgium tumor growth is caused by specific stem cells. These findings may offer clues for the development of new cancer drugs. We all have in our family or acquaintances to deal with cancer. Fortunately, not everyone dies from it. But because of this, all together we go through a jumble of feelings such as disbelief, fear, sadness, despair, hope. In 2010 there were 44.000 mortalities from cancer in the Netherlands. Worldwide 7.6 million people die annually from this disease. Let’s hope that soon new discoveries in health care are made, to get the major endemic diseases such as cancer, AIDS, cardiovascular disease, dementia under control.

What can we do ourselves in the meantime!?

The first inspired lecture by mystic Sonia Bos in 1996, of which a reader was made, is called Kanker, het onnodige verdriet (Cancer, the unnecessary sorrow). There she explains the role of major endemic diseases and why we get cancer, and indicates that "awareness is the basis of healing cancer. You are encouraged to identify your connectedness with all living things. The Aquarius mysticism shows the way how, through strength of spirit, you can achieve this in the fight against cancer."

In 2004, additional lessons for the Age of Aquarius (the next 2000 years) follow from the Source of Life, where Sonia has access to via her inner guidance, under the title Kanker enkarma (Cancer and karma).  Sonia identifies four spiritual elements that cause cancer. And that "man will learn to clean up the densification of his consciousness. By working with the creative power negative karma is neutralized and enlightenment can be achieved for yourself and for all life."  

This requires some explanation. It is meant to be that people become increasingly AWARE to clean their mind: live responsible from Love, in thought, word and deed, in the first place for yourself and then for your environment and earth. That we do not generate anymore negativity, but that in this new era, from our inner strength, we lay down the new human and a new society, a new earth. Sonia gives insightful answers to the questions from the audience and closes her lectures/readers with supportive meditations.
