Dementia, the premature loss

Last week there was on Dutch television a documentary titled How unhealthy eating leads to dementia. In the Netherlands, 250,000 people suffer from dementia. The chance that someone currently gets Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia is 20%, but, according to U.S. researchers this can be much larger in the coming years. They discovered namely a link between diabetes and dementia. Through our Western diet with lots of calories and fat, our body can become insensitive to insulin. A process that also appears to have effect on the brains with Alzheimer's disease as a possible consequence. (From: AVRO-bode)

Mystic Sonia Bos, founder of the Aquarian Mysticism, has paid considerable attention to this disease that begins to take an epidemic form. In her article Dementia, from a spiritual point of view she speaks about natural and unnatural dementia, and the meaning of life.

In The mechanism of dementia she goes into the process of dementia: The loss of personality and the heroic struggle of the demented. After which the releasing of the soul and the spirit eventually follow.

In Alzheimer's disease Sonia indicates what dementia is and explains that you must always be aware that the essence of the demented constantly sits as a guest with you at the table! When you realize this, it becomes clear how important it is that you continue visiting the patient and surround him/her with your love. And – what he/she, under normal circumstances, perhaps could not – he/she suddenly can: accept and allow your love. He/she sucks it like a sponge.

In addition, Sonia received cosmic teachings during the lecture Dementie, het vroegtijdige verlies (Dementia, the premature loss), in which she indicates that the cause of dementia is the loss of life motivation, with the result that the spiritual nature of man itself retreats during life into the spheres. When Sonia's father became demented, and he regretted that his request for euthanasia could not be granted, on behalf of her father she was going to write: De Winter die niet mocht zijn (The winter that was not meant to be): a personal report, with which she gives with insight and understanding a good picture of life in a nursing home full of demented people. And of the problems currently facing nursing homes. Her love for life is to recognize in every part of this book. 

Holistic healing

It is of all times that diseases are not always to solve through the regular health care. Complaints and ailments may arise in many different ways: e.g. by our negative thoughts, bad habits, incessant worries, persistent and stuck emotions. In recent decades, people increasingly look for alternative solutions. Thus, homeopathy, naturopathy, acupuncture, counseling, flower essences, art therapy, relaxation, sports and exercise, Reiki, kinesiology, light therapy, massages, foot reflexology and more, brought people healing.

With the advent of the Aquarian Age, in which we become more aware of our responsibility towards our health (generating karma by cause and effect), also the spiritual side often will be found. Yoga classes are now generally well frequented. A logical consequence is to meditate at home, the way inward, to get deeper insights into our affairs.

Mystic Sonia Bos, founder of the Aquarian Mysticism has for more than 25 years passed cosmic teaching to humans through lectures and theme days, including topics in the area of many diseases. (See the extensive disease registry - in Dutch - on her website). She gave thereby always indications on how we, through meditation, are able to utilize the power of our spirit and creative force. Sonia has always emphasized that initially the regular health care is the appropriate way. Meditation can be a nice complement to search deeper within yourself to find out why you at some point develop a particular illness.

The Aquarian Mysticism is based on reincarnation and that our soul is the sum of all our previous lives. Complaints and ailments are addressed holistically as you will see it from all sides: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual causes. Regarding the latter, for example you could think of something you've brought from a previous life, and that in this time with our increased awareness, it can be resolved. Think of unexplained fears for fire (killed by fire), water (drowned in a past life), violence (killed in a war), cats (thrown before the lions).

Sonia Bos has taught us to take responsibility for our own lives and encouraged to search for the root causes of our suffering, so it can come to the surface and through our self-healing can be healed and released.

New additional Aquarian Mysticism

On December 16th, I went to the Christmas lecture, held by Annemiek van der Zant, on The female Christ, a new energy. She too, like Sonia Bos at the time, has direct access to the akasha of the Source of Life, the Sofia. According to Sonia Bos this is the road we will all choose to follow. So why not start right away! Through awareness we come into contact with our higher self, our soul, where our contact with the Creator in us can take place.

In her previous lecture Annemiek revealed on 12/12/12: Ancient structures that do not serve the world, are further degraded. And new structures are being built. The new era will bring healing and harmonizes our soul and personality again. From inside we can release old traumas and karma. 
So choose for it!

Christmas Lecture: 21/12/12 is the last day of the Piscean Age. At 22/12/12 the Aquarian Age officially began, which will bring love and unity, because we chose for it! The female Christ takes her place; she is the direct connection between the Universal Christ and humanity. The human, (both male and female!) takes his/her responsibility, stands up and lives from the 5th dimension, where he/she has the ability to create his/her own reality. Letting go old parts (such as stuck emotions like anger) is the key to connect with this new energy. A simple aid for this is deep breathing, whereby you consciously choose that you do not join the old ‘game’ any longer. Or give yourself permission to enjoy life.
